In Bays Gone By

Beautiful scenery is captured from this holiday home located in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds.

Project completed in coordination with studio MWA Ltd.

Sunset Dreams

A abode that captures incredible views from sunrise to sunset of the city and it’s majestic harbor all the while resisting the pounding weather in this exposed location.

Project completed in coordination with studio MWA Ltd.

Skip The Light Fantastic

A dwelling that shines like a beacon at night but settles into nature during the day.

With a bridge that lights up when you walk on it and a 10 metre waterfall down the side of a lift next to the warm stone wall, this house has a little of everything.

Project completed in coordination with studio MWA Ltd.

Clifftop Concept

A dwelling that seems to hang over the cliff.

An addition and alteration that required the dwelling to hold up the cliff due to extreme weather causing the ground to give way under the old foundations.

A reconfigured interior space and a fresh re-clad to modernize a tired holiday home.

Project being completed in coordination with King & Dawson.
